Canning Without Fear: The Basics of Waterbath and Pressure Canning

Join Laurie Kallinen of Kallico Goods on Saturday, April 12th at 1pm as she shares her decades of experience on methods of waterbath and pressure canning for safe and healthy food preservation. This 1-hour class will teach you the science behind preservation as well as proper use of a pressure canner. Modern pressure canners are a very safe and effective way to preserve food for long periods of time. If want to expand your preservation abilities ahead of the abundant growing season, this class is for you!
