Jelly is my Jam!

For over 30 years Laurie Kallinen has been making jams and jellies for her family, and for the past four years she has been selling her creations at the Finland Farmers Market, expanding her varieties to include many wild foraged flavors.
Join us on August 3rd at 1pm at the Clair Nelson Center as she teaches the basics of jelly making to preserve the abundant sweet harvest of the north shore. The class will help prep and make a batch of jelly and each participant will receive a jar to take home.
