Dill Pickles are Simple

Led by Honor Schauland, this class will cover the basics of making cucumber dill pickles with vinegar and salt, including how to can them in a water bath. There will be different versions to sample and everyone will be able to take home their own jar of pickles.

This is a free class made possible by the Finland Food Chain, North Shore AgroEcology Center, and a generous grant from the Laura Jane Musser Foundation.
