Poultry Butchering

Join a poultry butchering workshop to learn processing from dispatching birds to shrink-wrapped meat ready for the freezer.  Participate or simply observe.  Learn how easy it is to process your own meat and how to run the Yardman Chicken Plucker that will be available for check-out from the FFC equipment lending library!  If you can’t make it for the whole day, come when you can, leave when you must.
